ShellForm Technologies Inc.

A US construction technology company, not a contractor.

ShellForm Technologies Inc. is a Delaware-incorporated construction technology company. The ShellForm™ System is a factory-integrated, hollow, stay-in-place assembly for monolithic cast-in-place reinforced concrete construction. The factory panels are non-structural by design; structural capacity is provided entirely by site-cast concrete and the reinforcement cage.

What the system covers

One system covers walls, columns, beams, slabs, and partitions, including L-, T-, and U-shaped corners, below-grade walls, and foundations, so a single method can carry an entire reinforced-concrete building.

Proof and status

A decade of deployment in the system's market of origin: 1,000,000+ m² of GFA delivered, 70+ patents and applications, co-authorship of an industry technical standard (2018), and industry first-prize recognition. US and Australian evaluations with ICC-ES are underway; the European ETA route is in progress; components for the first international pilot have shipped to Europe.

Business model

ShellForm supplies the product system: ShellForm™ assemblies, proprietary materials and assembly fixtures, and technology licensing for qualified local production. Partner capital builds market capacity; ShellForm capital builds the system. Ordinary concrete, reinforcement, and commodity materials stay local by design.

Delivered across a decade

Projects span hospitality and luxury residential in Shanghai, high-rise housing to 27 floors in a 0.30g seismic zone, affordable housing, a university faculty-housing supply completed in 2026, and the first European pilot, shipped roughly 16,000 km by container. Transport distances on delivered projects have ranged from under 10 km to about 1,300 km by road.

How to engage

Project supply of ShellForm™ assemblies, territory and capacity partnerships, and technology licensing for qualified local production.
